Standard of Competence
  Reading : Comprehend the meaning of functional text in written forms using appropriate language register fluently and accurately in interactional and/or monologue especially the ones related to discourse in the forms of report in order to access the knowledge.
Basic Competence
  Being able to express meaning in a report.
  Being able to ask for certainty.
  Being able to show certainty and uncertainty.
Course Objective
  Read aloud stories in the report text fluently;
  Find the meaning of some difficult words;
  Identify the text organization and language features in report text correctly;
  Be able to express meaning in a report;
  Understand short and simple transactional and interpersonal texts involving asking for and showing certainty or uncertainty;
  Be able to use suffixes –al, -ful, and –less in written and spoken transaction;
  Write a short and simple functional text in the form of report story.

4.    Pop
5.    Rap
Ø  What`s so interesting about the those types of music above?

Ø  Asking for and giving certainty or uncertainty
When we are not sure about something, we will ask for certainty. That is to ask whether the information is certain or not. “Certain” means fixed or believable.
